Cognitify

// AGENT · FOLLOW-UP

The Nudge. Follow-ups that feel like care, not chasing.

// Part of Cognitify Agents.

The Nudge knows what each customer received and when to check in — post-purchase care, “how did it go?”, review requests, renewal reminders. It writes from your knowledge and your templates, on your schedule, through the channels your customers already answer.

Early access · We onboard a few teams at a time · We reply within 1 business day.

The fortune is in the follow-up. The follow-up is in nobody’s calendar.

Everyone agrees follow-ups matter; nobody’s job is to send them. CRMs remind you — and the reminder joins the other forty tabs. Meanwhile the customer who bought a month ago never heard from you again, and the review, the reorder and the referral quietly went to whoever wrote first.

The Nudge is proactive where the other agents are reactive: it works from a schedule, not an inbox. It knows the context — what was bought, when, what happened next — asks how things went, nudges the renewal, requests the review. Gentle by design: your tone, your cadence caps, and an instant human handoff the moment a reply needs one.

// what it does

Outreach with manners.

  1. 01

    Context-aware, not blast-y

    It knows the deal, the product and the timing from your CRM — so the message is “how’s the new machine running?”, not “Dear customer”.

  2. 02

    Scheduled, capped, polite

    Cadence rules, quiet hours, per-customer caps, opt-outs honored. The Nudge is designed to be welcome — persistence without pestering.

  3. 03

    Templates first, freestyle never

    Messages are built on your templates and your knowledge — the tone stays yours, and nothing off-script goes out.

  4. 04

    Replies become conversations

    When a customer answers, the thread routes to the Receptionist or to your team — and the feedback lands on the customer’s CRM record.

// business cases

Where it earns its keep.

  1. 01

    Post-sale care

    • Post-procedure check-ins — “how do you feel?” — sent on time, every time.
    • Care instructions and follow-up appointments from your own protocols.
    • A worrying reply escalates to a human immediately.
  2. 02

    Reviews & referrals

    • Review requests timed to the moment satisfaction peaks.
    • Happy customers get the referral ask; unhappy ones get a human.
    • Feedback recorded on the CRM contact, not lost in a thread.
  3. 03

    Renewals & reorders

    • Renewal reminders before the deadline, not after the churn.
    • Reorder nudges timed to consumption cycles.
    • Upsell moments surfaced from what the customer already has.

// questions

Questions, answered.

Will it spam my customers?
No — that would defeat its purpose. Cadence caps, quiet hours and opt-outs are first-class settings, and every sequence has a hard per-customer limit. Gentle is the product.
Where does it get the context?
From your CRM: what was bought, when, by whom, what happened since. That’s what makes the message “how’s it going with X?” instead of a newsletter.
What if a customer replies?
The thread instantly becomes a conversation: routed to the Receptionist for answering or to your team for a human touch — with the full history attached.

Never miss a follow-up again.
