Cognitify

// PRODUCT · BOOKING

Booking that fills your calendar, not your DMs.

// Part of Cognitify CRM.

A booking page your clients use without calling: pick a service, a specialist, a time — confirmed by SMS or Telegram, reminded automatically, recorded in your CRM. Clients cancel and reschedule themselves within your rules. And it’s your page, with your name on it — not a marketplace that shows your clients your competitors.

10-day free trial · No credit card · Included in every CRM plan.

Every “are you free on Thursday?” DM is a booking that almost didn’t happen.

Booking by chat feels personal until you count what it costs: the message answered two hours late, the slot that was free this morning, the client who asked, waited — and quietly booked elsewhere. Your calendar shouldn’t depend on how fast you type.

Cognitify Booking is a page that knows your real availability: it shows live slots, holds one for five minutes while the client types their number, confirms by SMS or Telegram, and reminds them so they actually show up. Behind it — your CRM: the visit becomes a deal, the client’s history is one card, and the no-show counter remembers what the receptionist forgets. Marketplaces bring you bookings and keep your clients; this one is yours — your page, your links, your client base, nobody cross-promoting the salon across the street.

// what you get

From “are you free?” to booked.

  1. 01

    A wizard your clients finish

    Three layouts — a mobile-first hub, a linear stepper, a three-column desktop — chosen automatically by screen. Morning / afternoon / evening grouping, nearest-free-slot shortcuts, and an “any specialist” option that picks whoever is genuinely least loaded.

  2. 02

    Slots that don’t lie

    A chosen slot is held for five minutes with a visible countdown. If someone else takes it mid-thought, the grid refreshes in place and says so — never an error screen, never a double booking.

  3. 03

    Confirmations and reminders that arrive

    Telegram when the client has it linked, SMS otherwise; reminders at the offsets you choose (24 h and 1 h by default); messages in five languages. Phone confirmed by a one-time code, so the number on the booking is real.

  4. 04

    Self-service cancel & reschedule

    A manage page where clients see their own bookings and move or cancel them — within the cutoff you set. Inside the cutoff, they get your phone number, not a loophole.

  5. 05

    Run the desk from the CRM

    Specialists manage schedules, vacations and blockers; staff see their day, book manually, confirm, mark no-shows and record the visit’s outcome — including what was paid. Per-client policies: trusted regulars auto-confirm, chronic no-shows need a confirmation call, blocked is blocked.

  6. 06

    Every visit is a deal

    Appointments auto-create deals in a dedicated pipeline: completed wins it, a cancel loses it, the price is snapshotted on booking day. Won visits can flow into your follow-up drips. Also on: a Telegram self-service cabinet for clients, an iCal feed for your own calendar app — and your AI agents can book, too.

// how it works

Live in about fifteen minutes.

  1. 01

    Run the wizard

    Services from your catalog, specialists with photos, working hours, your cancellation cutoff. The onboarding wizard walks you through all of it once.

  2. 02

    Share your page

    A link for your bio and a QR for the front desk; embeds for your site — five snippets, copy-paste. Virtual services get join links attached automatically.

  3. 03

    Let it book

    Clients pick, confirm by code, get reminded. Staff get a bell, the CRM gets a deal, and the “are you free on Thursday?” messages stop.

// under the hood

Part of Cognitify CRM — clients, staff, services and money in one system. Tenant isolation enforced in the database (row-level security on every table) · Transactional messaging: a booking that fails takes its “you’re booked” SMS with it — and nothing sends twice · Phone ownership proven by OTP before anything is booked · Append-only audit trail · Permissions from one registry, down to who may see the waitlist.

// use cases

Where it earns its keep.

  1. 01

    Beauty & wellness

    • A booking page in the Instagram bio instead of a DM queue.
    • Reminders that cut no-shows; a counter that remembers the repeat offenders.
    • Your clients stay yours — no marketplace upselling them the salon next door.
  2. 02

    Clinics & practices

    • Consent collected before the phone step, stored as evidence.
    • Confirm-first policies for new patients, auto-confirm for regulars.
    • Every visit on the patient’s card: appointments, outcomes, history in one place.
  3. 03

    Consultants & online services

    • Online-meeting services with join links in the confirmation.
    • Client-timezone slot labels — 15:00 means their 15:00.
    • An iCal feed puts bookings in the calendar app you already live in.

// questions

Questions, answered.

Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet — deliberately. v1 records what was paid at the visit; online prepayment means payment providers, fees and compliance, and we’d rather ship it right than bolt it on. A per-client prepay note is there for the desk today.
Is this a marketplace?
No — the opposite. You get your own page and your own links; your client list is yours; we never advertise other businesses to your clients. That’s the point.
Will it sync with Google Calendar?
Your bookings ride an iCal feed any calendar app subscribes to — Google, Apple, Outlook. It’s one-way (your bookings → your calendar); full two-way sync isn’t there yet.
What about group classes?
Individual appointments today — services, specialists, standalone resources like a room or a car. Group events with seats are on the roadmap; we’ll say so loudly when they ship.

Booking isn’t a separate subscription. If you use Cognitify CRM, your booking page — confirmations, reminders, the manage page and all — is already included.
